Our Relax blend herbal tincture is designed to help your body ...relax.
It helps take the edge off of the day's stressors and support your body in handling all of life's junk, better.
We only use organic ingredients in our herbal tinctures and this blend has the following:
Skullcap: it's calming to the body but not in a drowsy way, it soothes the nerves and helps the body adapt while keeping you focussed.
Passionflower: it's relaxing to the nerves, helps the body reduce tension and quiet mental chatter.
Chamomile: it's calming like the tea it's famous for, soothes the nerves and is also anti-inflammatory for an added bonus effect.
Lemon Balm: a tasty herb that calms and relaxes the body.
Holy Basil: an adaptogenic herb that helps the body adjust to and handle stressors.
Lavender: a floral, relaxing herb that settles the nerves.
We also use organic cane alcohol and organic vegetable glycerin to extract all the medicinal qualities out of the herbs. They break down the cell walls of the plants to get the good stuff out of them.
How to use it:
Shake bottle. Start slow and work your way up to 2 half droppers (if needed) under the tongue or mixed in a small amount of water, 1 to 4 times a day. For faster absorption, hold under the tongue for 30 seconds, then swallow.
Herbal medicines are usually not meant to be taken every day, long-term but are a way to naturally support the body in time of need. We recommend that you take our tinctures no more than a few weeks at a time, then take a break for a few weeks.
